Perfect for clients who only need professional assistance for specific parts of their event, such as setup or cleanup. This is a great option to keep costs down but still have reliable support for key moments.

How does the process work?

Step 1:

Fill out form

Fill out the form with essential event details such as the type of event, date, venue, expected guest count, and any initial ideas or needs. This helps us understand your event's scope and requirements.

Step 2:

Consultation

During the consultation, your planner will learn more about your event, discuss your preferences, and recommend a suitable package or create a custom proposal based on your requirements.

Step 3:

Sign Contract

Once everything sounds good, you will sign the contract to formally book your date. In most cases, a retainer will be required to secure your event as well.

Step 4:

Big Day

On the big day, your event planner and their team will handle all the details, from coordinating vendors to managing the timeline. Your job is to enjoy the event and celebrate!
